  Governing Body Running Scarred and 12-13-14 "Might Be the End"?

  this went bad, i hit click before i could post my thoughts about the fear factor going through our crazy kingdom hall.

  the title of this thread was aimed at asking why the governing body is becoming so afraid and demanding the elders and rank and file to put their trust in the dukes of the kingdom hall.

  What would one say if you asked about them donating to the blood supply, if they are okay with fractions??? Good people don't take more than they give in this life.

  I asked a jW about the fractions and I saw the lightbulb moment on her face...I'm working on her ;)

  Held my first "worldly" party last night

  i used to have a lot of jw gatherings at my home and it's been the one thing i did miss since our fade.

  although i had some nonjw contacts in my life, i always held them at arms length and never really invited them to my place.

  well, i've opened up to this group over the last year about the issues with pedofiles within jw world, and the internal/external shunning policy.

  Thanks everyone, its been wonderful to have free speech with people and have freedom to no longer be judgmental or opinionated while not truly informed.

  Quellycatface, it does get better. Like Dory from the movie Finding Nemo, "just keep swimming". It will all work out :)
